Fixed invisible wall near Ancona

This version (0.9), contain 4 little new towns marked in map (Pesaro, Montalto di Castro, Ferrandina scalo and Tragliatella Campitello), new little industrial areas in Sibari and Cassino, a completed version of Rome ring road (G.R.A), bugfixes, reworked v 0.8 areas and some new mountains and re-designed landscapes (you can find them in my screenshots).
Mod is ready for upcoming Balkans dlc with the new sectors in Ancona and Bari.
