FS19 – Ursus C328 V1.0 (1.7)

I found this mod on ls novinky and decided to fix it a bit.

What has been added or changed?
– I added 1 license plate
– Ursus 28 now has 28 horsepower, not 31

This is my first edit, so please don’t spit too much acid in your combo
