Transport Fever 2 – JNR/JR KiHa 40 Series

This is a vehicle mod of JNR/JR KiHa 40 Series (cold region specifications).
There are two cars included in the mod, both with different paints. The JNR-painted car is available since 1977 and the JR Hokkaido-painted car is available since 1990. They are almost the same except for the appearance.
